How decisions get made is critical to the successful execution of any plan.  Stream-lined decision making is necessary to address concerns about process that often impede the speed and impact required to respond to events and to seize opportunities. Effective governance and impactful leadership influence how decisions get made, communicated, and executed.  

I will work with you to establish clarity in where the buck stops, who gets to decide, and how people know. 

Strategy only gets executed through people. Organizational design is the roll-up-your sleeves, where the rubber meets the road work of execution. People need to know where they stand and what is expected of them if they are to contribute at their highest level.

We will collaborate to develop an organic design tailored to your organization’s vision, plans, and contingencies. This work will identify the choices and decisions to be made along the journey.

Succession is a complex endeavor with many moving pieces. I refer to this type of work as succession “dancing”. The succession dance is a push and pull of emotions, actions, and circumstances.
